Snowy Mountain's newest brew pub, the Banjo Paterson Inn, has Kosciuszko Pale Ale available on tap directly from the brewery storage tanks, located beneath the main bar area. From the vat to the tap: one can't get much fresher beer than that. The brew house, including a copper-clad mash tun/lauter and brew kettle, is located in public view, immediately adjacent to the main hotel entrance.
