Escape to the tranquil shores of Manning Point with this charming 2-bedroom top-floor of an old but classic beach house. Situated just 5 minute walk from the sand of the beach or the river with boat ramp on the other side, this cosy retreat offers 2 queen beds and all the comforts of home. Relax in the open-plan living area, which boasts large windows that flood the space with natural light. The place is perfect for unwinding after a day of beach side fun.
This property is a rustic beach house separated into 2 that offers a comfortable but old-school feel with its vintage character. While it's an older property, it has all the essentials for a relaxed stay, perfect for those who appreciate a laid-back, nostalgic beach vibe.
Guests have exclusive access to the top floor of the beach house. Please note that occasionally, others may stay on the bottom floor, but your space remains private. There's plenty of parking available, and you'll also have shared access to the spacious backyard for outdoor activities although we have not landscaped it yet and it is a bit overgrown.
